Keto Parmesan Everything Bagels

These Keto Parmesan Everything Bagels are super easy to make, so tasty, low in carbs, gluten-free, sugar-free, and filled with healthy fats while keeping you on track with your keto diet. Great for a quick breakfast, brunch or even a late-night snack.

Craving bread and bagels on your keto diet? You can now make your own homemade low carb bagels that are keto-friendly and so delicious. Perfect to have for breakfast or any time of the day. They are high in calories due to the rich fat content of the ingredients used to keep this easy healthy bagel recipe low in carbs and keto. Made with almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and eggs, these bagels can be ready in about 30 minutes. Top with either just for a sesame bagel or use a variety of seasonings to get an everything bagel.

HOW TO MAKE KETO EVERYTHING BAGELS

  • Preheat the oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchent paper. 
  • In a bowl, whisk one egg and set aside for egg wash. 
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt until combined. Add in the mozzarella cheese and stir until incorporated.  
  • Combine eggs and cream cheese: In another bowl, whisk the remaining egg and whipped cream cheese together until smooth.
  • Mix: Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.  
  • Form Bagels: Separate the dough into 5 evenly sized balls. Use the hand of a spoon to press a hole through each dough ball. Use your hands to work the hole bigger and shape dough into bagels.  
  • Add bagel topping: Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning.  
  • Bake: Finally, bake bagels for 15-18 minutes.  
  • Let cool before cutting bagels in half and toasting and serving.

Plain bagels found at stores that are made with flour are not ok to have on keto. Read the ingredients carefully to see what the bagels are made of even if it says low carb bagels. Making your own low carb bagels at home using keto-approved ingredients would be best. How to store keto Bagels

Either tightly wrap bagels or place them in a container and save in the fridge for 5-7 days. Carefully wrapped Keto bagels can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow to thaw in the fridge a day before and simple toast it when ready to eat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs separated
  • 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese whipped

TOPPING

  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
