What do you eat with stuffed chicken?
Wondering what you can have with your broccoli stuffed chicken breast? Try some grains like couscous or quinoa. Also, they will go well with some brown rice, noodles, or zucchini noodles. I love having chicken with more roasted veggies, rice or pasta. Other great options you can try would be some mashed sweet potatoes or top over salad.
How do you tell if a stuffed chicken is done?
The best way to avoid eating undercooked chicken would be to test it with a digital food thermometer. The internal temperature of the stuffed chicken breast should be 165*F in order to be sure that the chicken is cooked thoroughly and ready.

do I need to cook the broccoli first?
Hi Sarah, you could steam them a bit but it’s not necessary. They will be cooked in with the chicken.
This was excellent! My family LOVED it and wants me to make it more often.
So glad this was a winner with your family.
Is this “healthy” because it has broccoli? Is it considered “healthy” because it’s “low-carb”? I don’t believe cream cheese and cheddar cheese are considered health foods lol. I guess since Keto is the new thing, anything is healthy so long as it isn’t bread?
This is more of a keto option. I should have stated that in the text. I will revise.
This is healthy even if it isn’t Leto. You could use low fat cheese and I personally used whipped cream cheese to save on calories. It isn’t a huge amount even if you don’t use those options.
The written recipe doesn’t say where to use the garlic powder. The video shows it in the cheese/brocolli mixture so that’s what I’m going to do. I hope it turns out ok.
Yes sorry about that. will fix it now
How long does it take to cook?
Hey! so every oven is different. The estimate is 17-20 minutes in the oven. To be sure you can use a thermometer until it reaches 165.
This was so delicious, definitely one of my favorite chicken recipes. I will be making this more often, it was a huge hit! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to rave about this one!

I see where it calls for a teaspoon of garlic powder divided and someone commented on it do I put the full teaspoon in with the mixture?
Yes, put the full teaspoon. sorry about the typo
We looooved this one!
We will be making this again for sure!
Chicken was nice and most, and that cheesy stuffing…. couldn’t get enough of it!!

The recipe calls for garlic powder, but the directions don’t mention it at all.
