Ingredients you will need for this turkey burger
Ground turkey: Ground turkey creates tender juicy burgers that are way healthier than beef burgers.
Frozen spinach: Frozen spinach can be found in most grocery stores in the frozen veggie sections. The spinach gives the burgers extra moisture so they are not dry.
Feta cheese: Crumbled feta cheese provides tangy and cheesy flavors to the turkey burgers. Definitely a must!
Salt and pepper: Kosher sea salt and pepper provide plenty of seasoning to the burgers and help them not taste dull.
Garlic: One clove of minced garlic is used for extra flavor.
Egg: The egg is whisked and combined to create the turkey burger patties.
Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed lemon juice makes the spinach feta burgers taste extra flavorful and bold. A secret ingredient.
Olive oil: Rich olive oil is used to coat the pan so the burgers do not stick.
For serving: Whole wheat buns, sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, tzatziki sauce.
How to Make Turkey Burgers With Spinach and Feta
First, place the turkey, thawed spinach, feta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, egg, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix well until combined, then shape into four even patties.

Hi, is it possible to form the patties then freeze them to cook at a later date? Thanks love the recipe
Hi. Yes you can certainly do that.
I loved this recipe! The burgers were delicious, moist, and lots of flavor. I used a tzatziki sauce recipe from allrecipes (I couldnโt find it on here) and they paired perfectly together. Yum!!
Amazing. Glad you liked it.
