  • Avocados: use ripe avocados
  • Plain Greek yogurt: you may use plant-based yogurt to keep this ranch dip recipe vegan friendly.
  • Seasonings: dried parsley, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder. Want to use fresh herbs? Go right ahead.
  • Rice or apple cider vinegar: you can use lemon juice instead if you prefer
  • Fine kosher salt, to taste
  • Optional: crunchy veggies of your choice or corn chips, to serve

  • Place all your ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth; you’ll need to stop and scrape the sides a couple of times.
  • Serve with crunchy veggies and corn chips, if desired.

  • Use any yogurt of your Choice. Greek works best because it is thick otherwise the dip will be a bit runny. Be careful not to use vanilla-based Greek yogurt. Full-fat cottage cheese or sour cream will work too if you do not like Greek yogurt.
  • Make it vegan: Use plant-based Greek-style yogurt.
  • Do use ripe avocados for the best taste.
  • If you prefer using fresh herbs, you can instead of dried herbs
  • Serve with any veggies of your choice, crusty bread, or chips.
  • If you want to use some store-bought ranch dressing seasoning you can. Just be mindful with the salt and do not any anymore salt. Taste test first.
