Ingredients you will need

  • Block feta Cheese: We do recommend you use a block feta cheese for this recipe. If you don’t like feta cheese they do have other blocks of cheese you may consider using like Boursin Cheese.
  • Olives: Use any olives you have on hand. We used pitted green and black olives. You may also use Kalamata olives.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes chopped: This ingredient really adds some flavor. We highly recommend but don’t make a trip out to the store just for this ingredient. You can make do without it.
  • Cherry tomatoes: or grape tomatoes. We love this addition so please don’t skip.
  • Olive oil: We used some extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil will also do the job.
  • Dried basil: You may substitute this with dried oregano or Italian Seasoning.
  • Garlic Cloves: Use fresh garlic and not garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional to serve: crusty baguette, sliced and toasted. Or you may use crackers of your choice.

Did this recipe with kalamata olives . It was too salty. Recommend to use less salt and wash the olives. Very nice dish.
