Appetizer Tips for Success
Plan ahead: I like to think of what I will be making ahead of time and whether I can prepare certain items a day before and store them in the fridge so I have less to do the day I am having people over. So, if I am making any dips, for example, most can be made a day before. If you are making chicken wings, marinate it the day before as well so they are ready to just bake the next day.
Prep in Batches: Another thing I like to do is if some veggies or ingredients need to be chopped, I would wash and prep them ahead of time. This way, when it is time, I just assemble them.
Storing and Reheating Appetizers
Storing: If you have any leftovers, you can store them in the fridge. Depending on what you are storing, most are ok to store in a lidded container and store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Reheating: Dips and cold appetizers do not need to be reheated. Hot appetizers like wings can be reheated in the microwave or re-baked in the oven for 5-7 minutes until they are heated through.
I hope you enjoy these easy and delicious appetizer recipes I picked out for you. They are my favorite, even though I have many more delicious options.
