We love how simple it is to make chia pudding. It requires 3 main ingredients and any other ingredient added is just an option to spice up the recipe a bit and try different flavors and bases. With just 3 ingredients which are milk, honey, and chia seeds, you can make the most delicious healthy breakfast or snack recipe. This raspberry chia pudding recipe is one of our favorites because just happen to love the taste of raspberries.

Ingredients you will need
- Fresh Raspberries: plus more to serve: since the raspberries will be blended you may use frozen. Don’t like raspberries? use your fruit of choice.

- Chia seeds: use your favorite chia seed brand.
- Sweetener of your choice: we used maple syrup, but you can use agave or honey.
- Vanilla extract: this ingredient is optional but recommended. You may skip adding vanilla extract if you use vanilla-flavored almond milk.
How to make it
In a high-powered blender, add the milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and add in the chia seeds. Whisk until combined.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove and whisk again.
Return to fridge and for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Serve the chia pudding in cups or bowls and top with fresh raspberries or shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy.
Recipe notes and tips
- Use any milk of your choice. To keep this recipe vegan-friendly, you may use dairy-free milk like almond milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving. It will be best if you keep the chia pudding in the fridge overnight.
- You can mix the chia pudding after it sits for one hour and then let it continue to soak for another 1-2 hours.
- For those that don’t like the texture of chia pudding, after it soaks for about an hour, you may blend the whole thing for a couple of minutes and place it back in the fridge.
- Any sweetener can be used: agave, honey, or maple syrup. For a vegan option, use agave or maple syrup.
- You can change up the base and flavor of this recipe by using a different fruit for the base like strawberries or blueberries.

- 2 tablespoon maple syrup, agave, or honey
