Raspberry Chia Pudding
Easy to make Raspberry base chia pudding recipe made with only a handful of ingredients. Perfect as breakfast, snack, or dessert

Ingredients

cup
fresh Raspberries
plus more to serve
1
cup
milk of choice
¼
cup
chia seeds
2
tablespoon
maple syrup
agave, or honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a high-powered blender, add the milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and add in the chia seeds. Whisk until combined.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove and whisk again.
Return to fridge and for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Serve the chia pudding in cups or bowls and top with fresh raspberries or shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy.

Use any milk of your choice
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving
You can mix the chia pudding after it sits for one hour and then let it continue to soak for another 1-2 hours.
Any sweetener can be used: agave, honey, or maple syrup.
