Another edible cookie dough that is also healthy and made without cottage cheese is my healthy edible cookie dough recipe.

My Pro Tip
Recipe Tips
- Depending on how much you blend the cottage cheese, I have noticed that you may need to add another 1/4 cup of almond flour or protein powder if the consistency of the dough is a bit too mushy.
- You can store it in the fridge for a bit to set before serving.
- I do not recommend freezing, but it stores well in the fridge for up to 5 days.

If you cookie dough is too runny, add 1-2 tablespoons of whatever flour you are using at a time and mix until you get the consistency you are looking for.
If your cookie dough is too runny then you added too much liquid or in this case too much cottage cheese and not enough flour. Just add in more flour and mix again.
You can either add in more flour or cover it and let it sit in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to settle in and absorb all the excess liquid.

Amazing! So glad you loved it.
Why not mix everything but the chocolate chips in the blender?
You don’t want to over-process it, especially with the almond flour.
It was so delicious!!
