- A cutting board

Step-by-Step: How To Cut a Peach
First, prepare your workstation and gather the cutting board and sharp knife. Keep a napkin or linen close to you to wipe away any juices from the peaches.

Next, grab a peach and, with a knife, carefully slice down the peach while cutting around the stone. Cut all the way down to the bottom of the peach.
Next, with your hands, pull apart the peach into two halves as shown below. The stone will still be intact within the fruit.
Carefully, remove the pit with your fingers or knife, then discard it. Next, place the peach flat on the cutting board and begin slicing it into individual slices.

Repeat with each peach until you have sliced all the peaches. Now, you’re ready to enjoy the sweet flavors of the peaches. Serve immediately or save for later!
Enjoy sliced peaches by grilling them, placing them in salads, or baking them–there are so many options!
Peach Varieties
