Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add the 8 ounces block feta to a medium baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, add the 1 cup pitted green olives, 1 cup pitted black or kalamata olives, 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 3-4 cloves garlic cloves, and a dash of Kosher salt and pepper.
Toss the olives mixture together to combine.
Transfer this mixture around the feta block into your baking dish. Drizzle the oil left at the bottom of the bowl over the feta cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with a crusty baguette.
