Ingredients you will need
- Chicken breasts: use bonless and skinless chicken breasts. You may use boneless and skinless chicken thighs but they aren’t as lean and higher in fat.
- Oil: we used olive oil but you may use any other oil of choice
- Seasonings: lemon-pepper seaosning was used to make this air-fryer chicken breast. You can use any other seaosnings that you prefer.
- Garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges
How to make this juicy air-fryer bonelss chicken breasts
Remove chicken from the fridge and place the chicken into a Ziploc bag together with the oil, and seasonings. Stir through the bag to evenly coat.
Allow the chicken to marinate for 15-20 minutes over the counter.
Set the air fryer to 360F and once the chicken is done marinating, lay it in the fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-17 minutes, or until an instant thermometer reads 165F when inserted in the center of each chicken breast. Flip the chicken breast to the other side halfway through or after 10 minutes.
Allow the chicken to sit for 5 min before slicing.
Serve garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.

- 1 tbsp Lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- kosher salt, to taste
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges
