Tips from my kitchen
- You can buy cocktail shrimp from the grocery store if you do not want to lightly cook the shrimp at home.
- Feel free to add diced jalapeño for a spicy kick.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days. The longer the cocktail sits, the more flavorful it gets.
- If storing it in the fridge, you may want to wait to add the avocado until just before serving.
