High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt
What do you do when you have loads of berries in the fridge and you can seem to eat them somehow before they go bad? This happens to us all the time. Sometimes my kids go through tons of berries in less than a day and sometimes we get so busy we just forget about them! I always freeze berries in airtight containers and keep them handy when its time to make desserts like this High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt.
If you don’t have any frozen berries nothing wrong with using some store bought to make this High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt Recipe. Some of my kids aren’t too fond of blueberries. They still nibble on desserts I make with berries they don’t like but they do love strawberries! I don’t think there is a kid out there that doesn’t love strawberries.
Making this is always fun. My kids love it and I love it. I don’t feel like I am having a cheat meal when I eat this High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt.

How to make this High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt Recipe:
High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Frozen strawberries
- 1 Cup Frozen raspberries
- 1 Cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein vanilla flavor
- 2 Tbsp Honey or low-calorie sweetener
Instructions
- Place the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey into the bowl of a food processor.
- Process until completely smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately or place in the freezer until ready to eat. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-7 minutes before scooping if using from the freezer.
