What do you do when you have loads of berries in the fridge and you can seem to eat them somehow before they go bad? This happens to us all the time. Sometimes my kids go through tons of berries in less than a day and sometimes we get so busy we just forget about them! I always freeze berries in airtight containers and keep them handy when its time to make desserts like this High Protein Berry Frozen Yogurt.
