Are chickpeas easy to digest?

Want to make this Roasted chickpea recipe but worried about whether you can easily digest it? Another name for Chickpeas is garbanzo beans which is a type of legume. Legumes are much easier digested because they are typically lower in starch and natural sugars.

how to store these crispy chickpeas

Store these Roasted Crispy Chickpeas at room temperature. Don’t refrigerate them or the chickpeas will become chewy. I’d recommend leaving them in a bowl or jar on the counter, loosely covered with a piece of foil.

These Roasted Crispy Chickpeas last for up to 4 days stored at room temperature.

If you need to re-crisp these little beauties, just warm them in the oven at 300 degrees F for a few minutes!
