  • Lemons: both lemons are juiced with one zested, you will also need wedges for serving
  • Garlic: freshly minced cloves
  • Oregano: freshly minced or dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper, Kosher
  • Chicken breasts, large, boneless, and skinless, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

How to Make grilled lemon chicken skewers

  • Mix ingredients: First, in a large bowl, add the oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, oregano, honey, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Combine: Add the chopped chicken to the marinade and toss to evenly coat the chicken. Cover and marinade in the refrigerator for up to one hour.
  • Place on skewers: Next, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
