One of my favorite seafood recipes to prepare and serve my family is salmon. They are not only good for you but also very easy to prepare and so tasty. They are perfect all year round and any day of the week.

When I was younger, I used to hate eating any fish, especially salmon, but I have grown to love it, and I introduced it to my kids at a young age, so they grew to love it too.
Tips for Cooking Salmon
Don’t overcook the salmon: Keep in mind that salmon cooks quickly. Once it flakes easily with a fork and looks opaque, it’s done.
Keep the seasoning simple: When in doubt, keep it simple with salt, pepper, lemon, garlic, and herbs that go a long way.
Use a thermometer if needed: If you aren’t sure when your salmon is cooked, use a thermometer. Salmon is perfectly cooked around 125–130°F for a tender, flaky texture.
Skin on or off works: Either one is fine and comes down to a personal preference. Skin-on helps keep salmon moist. You can always remove it after cooking.
