Can Parfaits be made ahead of time?

You can definitely make your strawberry parfait ahead of time! The only downside is the granola will be soggy. Some people like it this way. Hey there! Do you think you could be a little more specific than “1 scoop” of protein powder? The size of the scoop differs depending on the brand and I think mine might be a little too big for this recipe.
