Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the 2 5-ounce Containers Greek yogurt and 1 Scoop Whey Protein. In another bowl, mix the 1 ½ Cups Fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons Strawberry jam
Layer the yogurt mixture, strawberry mixture and ¼ Cup Low-fat granola in two parfait glasses.
Garnish with Whole strawberries and serve immediately.
Notes
You can omit the protein powder if you don't want the additional protein.
You may use any other fruits of your choice or any fruits that are in season or you have on hand.
Vegan Option: use plant-based protein and plant-based yogurt for a vegan option for this protein parfait recipe.
Use store-bought granola or make your granola at home.
You can easily double up on the recipe to make a huge batch.
