Making healthy wraps is one of those meals that work for literally any day of the week. They are quick to make, easy to customize, and filling.

Honestly, wraps saved me on so many busy weeknights. As a mom of five, I needed meals that were fast, healthy, and that my kids would actually eat without complaints. These wraps are part of the regular rotation, and we often make them for lunch, too!
Here are my healthy wrap recipes, which I always come back to and believe you will love as well.

Tips For The Best Wraps
- Don’t overfill the wraps. It’s tempting to do this, but it makes rolling hard and even harder to eat.
- Warm your tortilla first. I like to warm up the tortillas a bit in the microwave, which makes them more pliable and less likely to crack.
- Lettuce wraps are a great swap if you want to skip the tortilla altogether and keep things lighter and more low-carb.
- Try to Meal prep the fillings ahead of time. Most of these fillings store well in the fridge for 3 to 4 days, so it will be quicker and easier to make the wrap when you are ready.

Common Questions
They can absolutely be yes. It really comes down to what’s inside the wrap. These recipes are made with lean proteins, fresh veggies, and lighter sauces.
Most of them can be made ahead, but not all. My only tip is to keep the sauce or dressing separate until you’re ready to eat, so things don’t get soggy.
I recommend using Whole wheat or high-fiber tortillas, which are a great option if you want something more nutritious. For a lower-carb option, just swap in a large lettuce leaf, such as romaine or butter lettuce. You can also find low-carb tortilla wraps in some stores, too.
Absolutely. Most of these wraps work great with whatever protein you have on hand. Some great options for wraps are grilled chicken, shrimp, canned tuna, and even chickpeas if you want to go plant-based.
