In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 cup milk of choice, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until creamy.
Stir in the 2 cups old-fashioned oats until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
To assemble the oat jars, evenly divide the oat mixture into 4 jars.
Top with some of the 1 cup fresh strawberries and a tablespoon of 1/2 cup strawberry preserve. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
