5ouncesfrozen spinachthawed and excess water removed
½cupfeta cheese
¾teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
1cloveof garlicminced
1egg
2teaspoonslemon juice

Instructions
Place the 1 pound ground turkey, 5 ounces frozen spinach, ½ cup feta cheese, ¾ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 egg, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in a large bowl.
Using your hands or a spatula, mix well to combine. shape into 4 patties. Divide the mixture into 4 sections and make 4 round patties.
Heat the 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the pan.
Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
