Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gluten-free Oat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4-1/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Truvia or Granulated Sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients (except chocolate chips).
  • Add in the melted butter and stir until combined. Add in the milk starting at 1/4 cup and stir until a dough forms.
  • For a creamier cookie dough, add another 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Chill and serve.
