This easy Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bake uses tender chicken breasts, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese. It's a flavorful 30-minute dinner that's easy to make mild or spicy.
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking oil spray.
Place 4 Chicken breasts into the casserole dish and season with Kosher salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine the ¼ cup buffalo sauce with the 4 ounces Cream cheese and 2-3 Green onions. Add it over the chicken in the dish and mix.
Coat the chicken well and then top with ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Garnish with 1 tablespoon Parsley and more sliced green onions if you like.
Test the doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the center of each chicken breast, the temperature should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
