blue cheese
crumbled, (about 1 cup)

sour cream
or Greek yogurt

Light Mayonnaise

Instructions
In a medium bowl, add all the above ingredients.
Using a spatula or spoon, mix well to combine.
Top with more crumbled blue cheese, chives, or sliced green onions. Serve with chips, veggies, or wings.
Notes
If stored properly in an airtight container in the fridge, the dip will stay fresh for up to about 4 days.
