- 2 medium ripe avocados chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based for vegan option
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rice or apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Fine kosher salt to taste
- Optional: crunchy veggies and corn chips, to serve
Place all your ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth; you'll
need to stop and scrape the sides a couple of times.
Serve with crunchy veggies and corn chips, if desired.

- Use rice avocado
- Do not use vanilla-based yogurt
- You may use plant-based yogurt to make it vegan-friendly.
