Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2-3 small green onions green parts only
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Optional for serving:

  • toast or corn chips, fresh chopped cucumbers, carrots, baby sweet peppers

Instructions

  • Place all your ingredients in a small blender or food processor and process until mixed. Alternatively, you can whip it by hand in a mixing bowl with a whisk.
  • Transfer the cottage cheese dip in a small serving bowl and place onto a platter next to your optional choices to serve.

Notes

Store any leftover cottage cheese dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to about 4 days. Be sure to give it a good stir before enjoying it again. We do not recommend freezing this because the cottage cheese will change texture.
