Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey and poppseeds.
  2. Place the berries in a large bowl and drizzle the dressing over the top. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
