Fresh berries tossed in a quick and easy honey poppyseed dressing. Easy to make and perfect as a snack or dessert option.

Ingredients

lime juice

Instructions
In a bowl, add in all the berries (
2 cups diced strawberries
,
1 cup blueberries
,
1 cup blackberries
, and
1 cup raspberries
)
Drizzle in the
3 tablespoons lime juice
,
1/4 cup honey
, and
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
.
Toss everything gently to combine.
Garnish with
fresh mint leaves
and serve.

Note:
In my video, I had some pomegranate seeds that I decided to add in. Feel free to do the same.
Don't limit yourself to using only berries; you may also add in any other fruits you like.
Thoroughly soak and wash your berries. They usually have a lot of tiny bugs and dirt in their crevices.
Be sure to add the lime juice, especially if you're making a large batch and plan to save some.
Enjoy with some yogurt or fruit dip.
