A thick and creamy vanilla protein shake made with frozen banana, Greek yogurt, Medjool dates, and protein powder. Naturally sweet, no added sugar, and ready in 5 minutes.
2cupsunsweetened Almond Milkor milk of your choice
2scoopsVanilla Protein Powder1/2 cup
4Medjool Datespitted
1CupIce Cubesor more (if you want it thinner)
Optional toppings:
sliced bananasprinkles, chia seeds, cinnamon
Instructions
In a high-powered blender, add the 1 ripe banana, ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk, 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder, pitted 4 Medjool Dates, and 1 Cup Ice Cubes.
Blend well until smooth.
Pour into glasses, top with your favorite garnishes if you like (i used sliced banana and sprinkles), and enjoy.
Notes
Freeze the banana ahead for the best texture.
Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they feel dry.
