A quick and creamy strawberry blueberry smoothie made with fresh berries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey. This easy smoothie recipe is refreshing, naturally sweetened, and perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.
10.6ouncesnon-fat vanilla Greek yogurt2 small tubs, approximately 1 cup
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender (1 cup milk of choice, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon agave or honey, and 10.6 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt). If using fresh fruits, add a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup)
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 cups and serve cold.
Notes
You may use plain Greek yogurt and add a teaspoon of vanilla.
If it is not sweet enough for you, add in another tablespoon of honey.
If you prefer to use frozen mixed berries, you can do that.
To make it vegan, use dairy-free yogurt, almond milk, and agave instead of honey.
