In a medium bowl, add 2 fresh garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ tbsp dried basil, ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, Salt and ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley optional. Mix to combine.
Next, pour the ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
Mix again to Incorporate.
Serve with Bread of choice for dipping like focaccia.
