Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs separated
  • 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese whipped

TOPPING

  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk one egg and set aside for egg wash.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
  • Add in the mozzarella cheese and stir until incorporated. In another bowl, whisk the remaining egg and whipped cream together until smooth.
  • Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Separate the dough into 5 evenly sized balls.
  • Use the hand of a spoon to press a hole through each dough ball. Use your hands to work the hole bigger and shape dough into bagels.
  • Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake bagels for 15-18 minutes. Let cool before cutting bagels in half and toasting and serving.
