Ingredients

green onions
Instructions
First, wash and dry the green onions. Chop the root tips off the scallions with the knife.
Slice ½-inch thick slices into the green onion and repeat until all of the green sections of the scallions have been cut.
Store any unused fresh scallions.
Notes
Store the sliced green onions
in the freezer to have in advance.
Refrigerate
any uncut scallions until ready to use.
Be sure to wash
the onions before slicing.
Make sure the
knife
you are using is
sharp
.
