1/2cuplite mayonnaiseyou may use mayo with avocado oil
3tablespoonsDijon mustard
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
¼cuphoney
1tablespoonfresh lemon juiceor white distilled vinegar
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
1/8teaspoonpaprika
Optional:
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients (1/2 cup lite mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, ¼ cup honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper if using)
Using a small whisk or a spoon, whisk or mix everything together until combined.
Place the sauce in a bowl to serve, or in a lidded jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Lite or full-fat mayo will work.
Use your favorite mustard.
For a vegan option, use agave and a plant-based mayo.
