Instructions
Add
14 ounces diced tomatoes
,
5 ounces tomato sauce
,
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
,
1 tablespoon dried oregano
,
1 tablespoon olive oil
,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
,
1 teaspoon dried basil
,
1 teaspoon salt
,
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
,
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
, and
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
to a blender or food processor.
Pulse 15-16 times or until the mixture turns smooth and uniform without any visible tomato chunks.
Place the sauce in a lidded jar and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
