These Homemade Hamburgers are just what you need when you're craving a big, classic juicy burger! They are easy to prepare and come together so fast. Simply, grill deliciously seasoned beef patties and pile them on a toasted bun with melty cheese. Add all your favorite burger toppings for the perfect summer meal!
Optional toppings: pickle slices, tomato, lettuce, red onion, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beef, with the seasonings, and mix well. Form into a ball and divide it into 4 portions. Take each portion and form into 1/2 inch thick patties.
Preheat a grill pan or an outdoor grill over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 2-4 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. Grill the buns, cut side down for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the burger patties onto buns, adding toppings of choice and serve immediately.
Notes
Storing leftovers: Store any leftover patties in an airtight container. They will last about 3 days in the fridge.
Reheating: Reheat burger patties over the stove on medium heat until warmed through or pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
To freeze: Freeze uncooked patties on a baking sheet, then place them all together in a ziplock bag. Thaw in the fridge overnight before cooking.
