Homemade Big Mac Sauce
Easy copycat for Big Mac Sauce made with simple pantry ingredients, for the same flavors you find in the original. No Thousand Island dressing needed to make it. Perfect for burgers, salads, fries, or served as a dip.

Instructions
In a medium bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients (

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup
,
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
,
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
,
2 tablespoons grated onion
,
1 teaspoon paprika
,
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
,
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
,
1/4 teaspoon salt
, and
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Using a spoon, mix to combine well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. This resting time helps the flavors blend and improves the taste.
Place in a lidded jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks until ready to use.

It really tastes better once it sits in the fridge for a bit, allowing the flavors to meld.
Adjust the flavor:
Add a bit more pickle relish if you like it sweeter, or a bit more vinegar if you want sharper tang.
