Easy and delicious salsa made with ripe mangos and other simple ingredients. Perfect as an appetizer served with chips or great to serve over grilled meats.
Dice all the veggies and place them in a large bowl. (1 large ripe mango, 1 large avocado, 1 poblano pepper, 1 small red onion, and 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro)
Drizzle with 1 lime juice, and sprinkle with the seasonings. (Kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon ground chili flakes)
Toss to combine and serve with corn chips or grilled meat.
