Add the 2 pounds chicken wings to the prepared baking tray and drizzle with the 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with the seasoning mix, then mix very well to coat.
Bake for 30 minutes flipping halfway.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine all the Honey garlic sauce ingredients (¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce, ½ cup honey, ½ cup tomato passata, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
Once the chicken wings are done, drizzle with the sauce and stir to combine
Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes

You can use maple syrup in place of the honey.
Store the leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
Serve the wings with your favorite sauces like blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Enjoy these baked chicken wings with celery, fries, carrots, etc.
