Crispy Cheesy Baked Broccoli
Perfectly baked broccoli, coated with cheese, and great as a side dish or appetizer.

Head Broccoli
chopped into florets

Eggs

tablespoon
Milk

Cup
Almond Flour
1/2
Cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4
Cup
Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2
teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1/4
teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the
2 Large Eggs
and
1 tablespoon Milk
and set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
,
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
,
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
, and
1/4 teaspoon Salt
.
Cut the
1 Large Head Broccoli
into florets. Dip a floret in the egg mixture and then the almond flour mixture until completely coated.
Place on the sheet pan and repeat until you use all the florets. Sprinkle with
1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
. Bake for 10-15 minutes
Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy.

Use fresh broccoli instead of frozen
Wash the broccoli really well
Cut the broccoli into bite sizes
Grate your cheese if possible. If not, store-bought is just fine
