Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl
Easy to make crustless pizza made with a bowl using cottage cheese, and pizza sauce, topped with shredded cheese, pepperoni, and olives, and then baked to perfection. Ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Ounces
Low-fat cottage cheese
I used 4% milk fat

Cup
Part-skim mozzarella cheese
¼
Cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cup
Marinara sauce
or pizza sauce
¼
Cup
Sliced black olives

Turkey pepperoni slices

Garlic powder

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

Chopped fresh basil

to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Add
16 Ounces Low-fat cottage cheese
and
1 Cup Marinara sauce
or pizza sauce to an oven-safe dish. Mix to combine.
Next, add
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
,
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
, and a bit of
Salt and pepper
Toss to combine.
Top the cottage cheese mixture with
1 Cup Part-skim mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle over some
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
if using.
Add more toppings like
¼ Cup Sliced black olives
, and chopped
8-10 Turkey pepperoni slices
. Mini pepperoni will work too.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, top with additional Parmesan cheese and sliced
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil
.
Serve with
2 Cups Pita or Pretzel Chips
or
2 Cups Mini Peppers

Nutrition facts do not include the bell peppers and pita chips and are based on 2 servings.
If dividing it into 4 servings, it will be half of the nutritional value. So 25g of protein per serving.
To keep it low-carb, I suggest serving it with bell peppers or enjoying it as is.
Any cottage cheese will work whether you use full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free.
You may blend the cottage before mixing it with the marinara or pizza sauce.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave.
Add any toppings of your choice. Options are endless.
