Creamy cottage cheese chocolate pudding made with simple ingredients and packed with protein. A quick and easy dessert or snack that’s smooth, rich, and satisfying.
2scoops protein powderchocolate or vanilla (I used chocolate)
2tablespoonshoneyor maple syrup
1/4cup2 % milk or any other milk of choice
Optional toppings
1/4cupdark chocolate chipsmelted
1/4cupChopped Strawberriesor other berries of your choice
2 tablespoonsCoconut Whipor Greek Yogurt
Instructions
In a blender, add the 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 scoops protein powder, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/4 cup 2 % milk .
Blend until smooth.
Divide them into two cups and store them in the fridge covered for 1-2 hours to cool and hold.
When ready to serve, top both servings each with melted 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (equally), 2 tablespoons Coconut Whip, and 1/4 cup Chopped Strawberries, and serve. See note
Notes
Nutrition facts includes the toppings: melted chocolate, strawberries, and coconut whip.
The chill time is important for the pudding to thicken up. If you can use full-fat even better. If not use 4%.
After adding the melted chocolate, you can chill it in the fridge again for another 10-15 minutes so it hardens a bit. I personally like it melted. So its up to you.
Use any berries for topping.
Instead of coconut whip, you can use yogurt or skip altogether.
