Copycat Starbucks Egg White Bites
These easy, protein-packed egg white bites are soft, cheesy, and perfect for meal prep or busy mornings. Made with cottage cheese, peppers, and cheddar, they’re a healthy breakfast favorite.

Ingredients

egg whites
around 1⅔ cup egg whites

cottage cheese
Garlic salt and pepper

finely diced sweet pepper

green onions

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, add the
8 large egg whites
,
⅓ cup cottage cheese
,
Garlic salt and pepper
Whisk well until combined.
Stir in the
¼ cup finely diced sweet pepper
,
2 green onions
, and
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
.
Divide the mixture evenly among eight silicone cups (silicone cups are best for this recipe because they make it easy to remove when done).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Allow the egg cups to cool completely before removing them from the silicone cups.
Notes
Use silicone muffin cups for easy removal.
Whisk egg whites and cottage cheese well for a fluffy texture.
Dice peppers and onions finely so they cook evenly.
Let egg bites cool before removing to keep their shape
