Balsamic Vinegar or glaze

Dried basil leaves
optional, or dried oregano
Instructions
Place
12 Cherry Tomatoes
,
12 Mozzarella Balls
, and
12 Fresh Basil Leaves
on a skewer or toothpick. (one of each)
Drizzle with
2-3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar or glaze
and
1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
.
Finish with
Salt and Pepper to taste
, and
Dried basil leaves
if using.
Notes
Use cherry or grape tomatoes.
Choose mozzarella balls that are large enough to stay on the skewer.
Pat the mozzarella dry before assembling.
Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
Assemble up to 12 hours ahead and refrigerate.
Add the balsamic glaze or vinegar just before serving.
