Slice the 10 jalapeños in half lengthwise and then use a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds together with white ribs and discard.
In a medium bowl, combine the 6 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and seasonings (1 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika)
Stuff your jalapeno halves with this mixture, and place them in a lined sheet pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden on top.
Garnish with 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley or chives or chives
Notes
Use lite cream cheese if you like.
You can also use the air-fryer instead of baking them.
For a crunchy cheese topping, dip it in some breadcrumbs.
