Place the 1.5 pounds lean ground beef in a large bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients. (1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1 large egg, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, chopped parsley, and Kosher salt and pepper)
Thoroughly mix to combine, then form into 1 spoonful of meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs in the basket of your air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you can split them into 2 batches, if needed, to avoid overcrowding the basket. Serve and enjoy.
