Low Carb Turkey Burgers with Zoodles
Easy to make burger recipe made with lean ground turkey and served with zoodles instead of buns for a low carb option.

- 1¼ lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced and divided
- ½ Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper
- ¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley divided
- 4 Medium Zucchini spiralized
- 4 Cheese Slices
- 4 Tomato Slices
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil divided
- 1 Tbsp Hot sauce
To a mixing bowl add ground meat, half of the garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix by hand until all the ingredients are well combined. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 even portions and form into round patties.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Set aside on a plate to rest. In the same heated skillet add in the remaining oil and garlic.
Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook, tossing constantly for 1-2 minutes. Divide the zoodles among 4 glass containers, then add the turkey burger and top it with hot sauce, cheese, and tomato.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
