Roasted Crispy Chickpeas Recipe

- 2 cans Garbanzo beans 15 oz
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, remove any extra skins that start to come off.
Pat dry with a paper towel. Toss the beans in the olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until well coated.
Spread the beans in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stopping to stir the beans every 10-15 minutes.
The chickpeas are ready when they are golden brown
Remove and let cool completely before sprinkling with fresh cilantro and serving.
