Strawberry Parfaits Recipe
These easy protein-packed parfaits are made with greek yogurt, whey protein, and fresh strawberries. They make for a great breakfast or snack option.

- 2 5-ounce Containers Greek yogurt (your choice of flavor)
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor
- 1 ½ Cups Fresh strawberries chopped
- 2 Tbsp Strawberry jam Sugar-Free
- ¼ Cup Low-fat granola
- Optional garnish: Whole strawberries
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and protein powder. In another bowl, mix together the strawberries and strawberry jam.
Layer the yogurt mixture, strawberry mixture and granola in two parfait glasses.
Garnish with whole strawberries and serve immediately.
You can omit the protein powder if you don't want the additional protein.
- You may use any other fruits of your choice or any fruits that are in season or you have on hand.
- Vegan Option: use plant-based protein and plant-based yogurt for a vegan option for this protein parfait recipe.
- Use store-bought granola or make your granola at home.
- You can easily double up on the recipe to make a huge batch.
